About Genadur

Genadur is a hydrosoluble nail lacquer that helps strengthen nails that have become fragile due to a certain type of nail fungus, nail solvents, or environmental factors. When used as recommended by a doctor, this lacquer can help improve the appearance of damaged nails and reduce nail splitting.

Carefully follow your pharmacist or dermatologist’s instructions for using this medicated lacquer. Apply Genadur to clean, dry nails once daily. Genadur bottles come with a brush attached to their lid to make it easy to apply the solution directly to affected nails. Many patients begin to see results after about 14 days of regular use.

Apply the missed dose as soon as you can once you remember. Don’t try applying a thicker layer of lacquer than usually in an effort to catch up; using more of this lacquer will not cause your nails to heal faster.

Because Genadur is a topical medication, you are not likely to overdose when using it as intended. However, this medication may be harmful if swallowed. If you or someone in your home has ingested some of this nail lacquer, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 to find out what to do.

Before using Genadur, tell your doctor if:

· You have any food or drug allergies

· You are using any other medications, supplements, vitamins, or nail products

· You have a nail infection

· You are breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning a pregnancy

You are unlikely to experience serious side effects when applying Genadur to your nails. If you do experience any long-lasting or bothersome side effects, contact your dermatologist as soon as possible.

Store your Genadur bottle between 59 and 86 degrees. Do not expose it to high heat. Make sure the lid is tightly sealed when not in use, and as with all prescription medications, keep Genadur out of reach of any children or pets in your home.

Warnings

Genadur is intended for use on your nails only. Keep it away from your eyes and don’t apply it to any open wounds. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using Genadur.

Brand Names

Genadur is only available as a brand name product. There are not alternate brand names. If your dermatologist has recommended this treatment but you’re concerned about the cost, get your free Genadur coupon from FamilyWize now. Present your coupon to your pharmacist when you pay to receive a discount of up to 26%.
