Welcome to the FamilyWize Volunteer Center
Your assistance in getting these free FamilyWize prescription discount cards into
the hands of as many people as possible in your community is so important. Every day,
people skip taking their medicine or reduce doses, don’t fill prescriptions and don’t take the medicine
they need so desperately because of the high cost of medicine.
No one should have to choose between medicine and food, or clothing or utilities
– especially when this free assistance can reduce the cost of their medicine by
an average of 35% or more.

We appreciate you joining this FamilyWize Community Service Partnership with more than 1,000 local United Ways, participating America’s Promise Alliance Partners, and over thirty thousand local organizations who have united to get this free assistance to as many people as possible, right now. So far, we’ve saved people in need more than $225 million. With your help, and the help of others you ask to join us all in this important outreach, we have set a goal of saving $1 Billion by the end of 2015.
